The Multimedia Communications Officer will be responsible for coordinating dynamic multimedia content that supports PACT’s campaigns and awareness campaigns, with a focus on the activities under the Adaptation Fund Coastal Project and other climate finance initiatives. Following PACT’s and the Adaptation Fund’s branding guidelines, the MCO will be tasked with guiding the design and development of a wide range of visual assets, such as graphics, videos and other digital content. In collaboration with departments and units across PACT, the MCO uses storytelling and other relevant techniques to translate PACT’s work into relatable content for various audiences and platforms. Additionally, the MCO may serve as the point of contact for service providers, coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services. The MCO also coordinates administrative and logistical details for the coverage or organizational activities through photography and videography and manages and maintains a comprehensive archive of multimedia assets and an inventory of audio-visual equipment.
