Rolson Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure top-tier guest experiences. Oversee daily front desk operations and staff Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests Train and mentor front desk staff to maintain high service standards Manage reservations, emails, and phone inquiries Assist in coordinating hotel events and promotions Previous experience in hospitality or front desk management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in hotel booking systems (training provided) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
