Project Budgets & Cost Control: Track job costs, labor, equipment, and materials to keep projects profitable.
Monthly Billings (IPCs): Lead monthly progress billings and quantity reconciliations with customers and project engineers.
Cash Flow & Banking: Manage daily cash flow, financial reporting, vendor payments, and credit/bonding lines.
Bids & Contracts: Partner with our COO to review new project tenders, variation orders, and contract claims.
