Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced and can provide clerical and administrative
services to a Real Estate Company as it relates to the preparation of legal documents (required
by regulatory bodies) for construction, purchase, and sale of property.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepares legal documents for construction, purchase, and sale of property.
  • Reviews surveys, title commitments and resolves title issues.
  • Prepares and reviews all contracts for lease agreements.
  • Provides general support to customers and visitors of the Real Estate Company.
  • Supports Directors through key administrative and clerical duties.

  • highly organized and able to manage competing priorities to adhere to deadlines.
  • Meticulous and thorough in document preparation
  • problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish would be an asset

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Paralegal studies would be an asset
  • Minimum of one to two years’ experience in office administration
  • Prior experience working in real estate would be considered an asset

Knowledgeable of:

  • Laws of Belize
  • Belize Property Law
  • Real Estate Procedures
  • MS Office Suite
  • Document Preparation
