Job Description

The reservations specialist is an office-based role supporting sales, bookings, and program coordination at Monkey Bay Wild Life Sanctuary and Tobacco Caye Marine Station. This position manages inquiries, maintains CRM records, prepares booking documents, and assists with guest reception and itinerary logistics.

Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Reservations Coordinator to support our experiential learning programs at Monkey Bay and Tobacco Caye Marine Station. This role blends administrative coordination with customer-facing responsibilities. You will manage inquiries, prepare booking documentation, maintain accurate CRM records, and support program logistics — while also assisting with guest reception, group orientations, and participant briefings when needed. You will work closely with the Sales & Reservations Manager to help coordinate study abroad programs, service-learning groups, retreats, and mission-aligned visitors. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential.
