Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Reservations Coordinator to support our experiential learning programs at Monkey Bay and Tobacco Caye Marine Station. This role blends administrative coordination with customer-facing responsibilities. You will manage inquiries, prepare booking documentation, maintain accurate CRM records, and support program logistics — while also assisting with guest reception, group orientations, and participant briefings when needed. You will work closely with the Sales & Reservations Manager to help coordinate study abroad programs, service-learning groups, retreats, and mission-aligned visitors. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential.
