Associate Degree in Business Administration or English or Secretarial Studies, or equivalent program with three (3) years’ working experience; OR • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or English or Secretarial Studies, or equivalent program with two (2) years’ working experience Provide high-level administrative support in a proficient and professional manner with minimal supervision, accuracy, and confidentiality. • Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers while working as a cohesive team player. • Arrange, attend, and record detailed minutes of meetings. • Prepare periodic reports as required. • Update the Company database as required. • File, update, and maintain the department’s general filing systems in accordance with the Records Retention & Disposition Policy. • Assist with other administrative support duties throughout the organization as the need arises. • Provide back-up support for Administrative Assistants throughout the organization. • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Company’s Records Management Program.
