Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff. Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Preferably with prior experience in a similar role. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Personality: A warm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
