Attention to Detail: Monitor and ensure the quality of audio and video streams, identifying and reporting any issues. Research and Scheduling: Conduct comprehensive research on ongoing sporting activities to develop engaging program schedules (NBA, MLB, Soccer etc.). Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on monitoring activities, research findings, and completed tasks. Customer Communication: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to customers and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
