Lead TIDE’s fundraising efforts to ensure adequate finances for effective operation of the organization. Participate in the strategic planning and financial sustainability of all Protected Areas managed by TIDE, including close collaboration with the Financial Sustainability Manager to implement TIDE’s financial sustainability strategy. Participate in TIDE’s infrastructure development planning and projects in partnership with Program Director. As Development Director, represent TIDE and build strategic partnerships with outside agencies that support TIDE’s operational and financial stability, and as part of the TIDE management team, provide technical assistance to colleagues and partners in a collaborative and open manner. DD will cover the development and networking aspects of ED’s position in their absence.
