2 -3 years previous experience in hospitality, guest services or restaurant hosting preferred Outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality with a passion for guest interaction A proactive approach to making each guest feel at home Confident in greeting guests, managing restaurant reservations and seating coordination Strong Communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) Able to handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism and care Assistance with resort events, group dinners, and special guest experiences Flexibility to support the Guest Services team when needed
